First apply the 33% discount

120 - 0.33*120

120 - 39.6

80.4

So after applying the 33% discount, the new price is $80.40

Now apply the 15% discount

80.40 - 0.15*80.40

80.40 - 12.06

68.34

So the final price is $68.34
