how much water must be evaporated from 300 ounces of 12% salt solution to obtain a 15% salt solution?

300*0.12 = 36 oz of salt
-----
36 oz is 15%, water is 85%
Total solution = 36/0.15 = 240 oz
300 - 240 = 60 oz of water to evaporate.
