Question 428926: Theater ticket prices (in dollars) x years after 1997 are described by the polynomial -0.0025x^2 + 0.44x + 4.28. Find the value of this polynomial for x = 6 and state the result as the ticket price for a specific year.
I don't know if I did this right or answered this question right but this is what I got. 1977 + 6 = 2003 and -0.0025(6)^2 + 0.44(6) + 4.28. The ticket price in 2003 would be $6.83. Is this correct, or did I do this wrong? Thank you for your help!!!

I also got $6.83 so you got it right!
