Your weekly paycheck is 15% less than your coworker's
Let x represent the amount of the co-workers paycheck
then 'yours' would be (x-.15x) or .85x
two paychecks total $645
x + .85x = $645
1.85x = 645
x = $348.65

$348.65 +.85*$348.65 = $645
