2x+3000 @ 9%
total interest for 1 year =3200
0.07x+0.09*(2x+3000)=3200
0.07x+0.18x+270=3200
0.25x=3200-270
0.25x=2930
x=2930/0.25
$11,720 at 7%

2*11720+300
23,440+300
=$23,740 @ 9%
