Starting @ 1.28+.006=1.286 for the first increase,
Then it dropped from 1.286-.002=1.284 after this drop.
Then it rose 1.284+.005=1.289 after this increase.
Thus the final price of the gas is $1.289 per gallon afterthe 2 increases & the one decrease in price.
