Not enough info.
We need to know how much many dollars in tickets were sold.
We were told that 28,400 was collected after the concert which obviously means that it wasn't for the concert tickets . Maybe it was for a drug deal. Concert ticket money would have been collected/received before the concert began.
Restaurants charge after you eat (except fast food and buffets) not concerts.
Have you ever paid for a ticket after you heard the concert?
I don't think so!
Under protest
r+g=1800
20r+15g=28400
r=280
g=1520
