L = Olivia's amount, the O could be confused with zero.
M = 3L - 2
S = 2M
L + M + S = 594
----------------
S = 2M --> S = 6L - 4
----------------------
L + M + S = 594
L + (3L-2) + (6L-4) = 594
10L - 6 = 594
10L = 600
L = $60
M = $178
S = $356
