SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PROBLEM.
THE SMALLEST INVESTMENT PERCENTAGE IS 5% WHICH WOULD NET .05*50,000=$2,500 WHICH IS GREATER THAN THE TOTAL INVESTMENT.
6% WOULD YIELD $3,000.
THE ANSWER FOR THIS INVESTMENT MUST BE BETWEEN $2,500 & $3,000 NOT $2,000.
