Answer by scott8148(6628)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let x="radios bought"

(x-6)((1200/x)+10)=1200

multiplying by x and dividing by 10 __ (x-6)(120+x)=120x __ x^2+114x-720=120x
__ x^2-6x-720=0

factoring __ (x-30)(x+24)=0
