Mentally (which is good brain exercise)....

Since the cost of a premium ticket is 1.5 times the cost of a standard ticket, the cost of 2 premium tickets is 3 times the cost of a standard ticket -- i.e., is the same as the cost of 3 standard tickets.

So the cost of 4 standard tickets and 2 premium tickets is the same as the cost of 4+3 = 7 standard tickets.

Those tickets cost a total of €322, so the cost of each standard ticket is €322/7 = €46

ANSWER: €46
