One can pay it in cash or installment basis where in a buyer is required to make a down payment and pay the balance with interest for a period of not more than 10 years. Down payment is 25% of contract price. Monthly installment is 30,000.00 Php for 10 years. However,a sales agent found a customer who is interested to buy a premium house model.
1. What is the total commission if the sales agent earns 3% of down payment a d 1% of the monthly installments for 10 years?
2.What is the commission earned by the sales agent if the customer stops paying Joyce magdales, a paralegal works in a law firm recieves a monthly salary of 19,900.00 Php. Records show that she worked overtime for 8hours(on ordinary workdays),two (2)absences,75 minutes late,and worked on August 21 and 26, working days for the month of August.
3.What is her daily pay rate?
4. What is her hourly pay rate?
5. What is her overtime pay?
