(a)  to determine this conditional probability, we should relate 5% (intersection) to 90% 
     (which is the base probability to relate to, in this case).

 
     So,  P =  = 0.05556 = 5.56%   (rounded).    ANSWER



(b)  to determine this conditional probability, we should relate 5% (intersection) to 9% 
     (which is the base probability, to relate to, in this case). 

     So,  P =  = 0.5556 = 55.56%   (rounded).   ANSWER
