I assume that a person (a student) having a bit of brain cells in his head, who is able to read and understand the problem,
can do the rest on his (or her) own . . .

If not, then write first line as


   1   400   (the number of the first week and the amount)


Then write the second line as


   2   410   The number of the second week and the allowance 400 + 10 = 410)


You will get the first two lines


   1   400
   2   410


Now, if you want to continue, write the 3-rd, the 4-th and so on lines,
by adding 10 to the number in the previous line.
