i'm not exactly sure what you mean.
if the basic hourly rate is 75, and the basic hourly overtime rate is 130% of this, then the basic hourly overtime rate is 1.3 * 75 = 97.5.
the person makes 75 per regular hour and makes 97.5 dollars per overtime hour.
if the person works 4 overtime hours, then the person makes 4 * 97.5 = 390 for those 4 hours.
you show 75 * 130% * 4.
130% is equal to 130/100, the % symbol meaning per 100.
therefore 75 * 130% * 4 is equal to 75 * 130/100 * 4 = 390
