So I'm assuming that the amount that one makes for the month is their base + commission.
So, we know that they make 2000 in the month, which means they have to make 1500 in commission.
Let x be how much she made in sales.
Then x-20000 is how much she made above 20000 that was actually subject to the commission.
so 1500 = .025* (x- 20000)

x = 80000
So she made 80000 in sales.
