Question 976736: A force of 3.0 N is applied to an 8.0 gram rifle bullet. What is the bullet’s acceleration?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
8 grams = 8/1000 = 0.008 kilograms

F = m*a
3 = 0.008*a
3/0.008 = a
375 = a
a = 375

The acceleration is 375 m/s^2
