rectangle's area formula = LxW
rectangle's Perimeter formula = 2L+2W
from the given values and formulas we can create 2 different eq ie
LxW=27
2L+2W=21
solve eq 1
L=27/W
put the value of L in eq 2
2(27/w)+2w=21
(54+2W^2)=21W
2w^2-21W+54=0
use quadratic equation to solve it.
