Notice that there are two widths to this rectanglar fence, and only one length, since the other side doesn't need any fence. To find the length, you'll need to start with the total amount of fence, which is 1150, and subtract the TWO widths, which would be 2x, which leaves you the
length = 1150 - 2x.
