A few of these kind of question have occurred within the last few hours. You should look in a handbook of Physics and Chemistry for the necessary measurement unit conversion factors. A dictionary might help from some of the back pages, or an almanac.

I just already know that 453.59 grams = 1 pound;
also you should know as common knowledge, 16 ounces = 1 pound.
