The number of solutions to this problem is zero. If the area is 1400 cm^2, and the height is 50, then the average of the two bases is 1400 divided by 50 or 28. If the average is 28, then the sum of the measures of the two bases must be twice 28, or 56. Since 56 is not divisible by 9, there are no two integers each divisible by 9 that sum to 56.
