Let the one integer be x,
The second integer be x+2,
The third integer is then x+4,
If their sum is 201, the equation is
x + ( x + 2 ) + ( x + 4 ) = 201

3x + 6 - 6 = 201 - 6

3x = 195
3x/3 = 195/3

x = 65 first odd integer
Plug 65 to the second integer yields, 65 + 2 = 67
Plug 65 to the third integer yields, 65 + 3 = 69
Proof;
65 + 67 + 69 = 201
