L=2W+2
2(2W+2)+2W=70
4W+4+2W=70
6W=70-4
6W=66
W=66/6
W=11 METERS IS THE WIDTH.
L=2*11+2
L=22+2
L=24 METERS IS THE LENGTH.
PROOF:
2*24+2*11=70
48+22=70
70=70
