3m +n=6 and m-7n=68 solve by the substitution
------------------
3m +n=6
m-7n=68 --> m = 7n+68
Sub for m in the 1st eqn
3(7n+68) = n = 6
22n+204 = 6
n = -9
--------------
3m +n=6
3m - 9 = 6
m = 5
