Question 464278: Find the value of c that makes x^2+10x+c a perfect square trinomial. Write the new expression as the square of a binomial.
Answer by algebrahouse.com(1659) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x² + 10x + c <------ c = 25, for this to be a perfect square trinomial
= (x + 5)(x + 5)
= (x + 5)²
To find c, take half of the b term, 10, and square it.
