The questions is this:
The number of files N of the same size that a computer's hard disk will hold varies inversely as the size of S of the files. Greg's hard disk will hold 1300 files if each is 12,000 bytes long. How many files of each is 120,000 bytes long. How many files will the disk hold if each is 40,000 long?

Find the total capacity of the hard drive:
1300 * 12000 = 15,600,000 bytes

= 390 files
