72 = 10log[I/Io]
log[I/Io] = 7.2
I/Io = 10^7.2
----
I(72) = 10^7.2*Io
---------------------
Same procedure gives:
I(55) = 10^5.5*Io
----
Dividing I(72)/I(55) you get [10^7.2/10^5.5] = 10^1.7 = 60.12 as intense.
