Answer by rfer(16322) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I am doing this in two parts
(3-4((-2+h)^2)
(3-4(+4-4h+k^2
3-16+16h-4h^2
----------------
-(3-4((-2)^2)/h
-(3-16)/h
+13/h
------------------
3-16+16h-4h^2+13/h
-13+16h-4h^2+13/h
the two 13's cancel
(+16h-4h^2)/h
I hope that helps
