What are the quiz scores:
one quiz score is six more than the other quiz score
Let x and (x+6) represent the two quiz scores
Question states*** average of two quiz scores is 81.
[x +(x+6)]/2 = 81
2x+6 = 162
2x = 156
x = 78 The quiz scores are 78 and 84

(78 + 84)/2 = 162/2 = 81
