one type of granola is 30% fruit, an another is 15%. what mass of each type of granola should be mixed to make 600g of granola is 21% fruit?

Let x = amount (grams) of 30% granola
then
600-x = amount (grams) of 15% granola
.
.30x + .15(600-x) = .21(600)
.30x + 90-.15x = 126
.15x + 90 = 126
.15x = 36
x = 240 grams (30% granola)
.
15% granola:
600-x = 600-240 = 360 grams
