Question 401456: A rope braiding machine can make 10/13 of a foot of rope per second. How many seconds will it take to make 20 feet of rope?
10/13f=20 10/13 divided by 10/13 = f =20 divided by 10/13
20/1 * 13/10 the 20 and 10 can be canceled out so that you have 2/1*13/1 =26
f=26
I am not sure that I worked this out the right way and not sure about my answer. Please let me know if I got it right and worked it out right! Thank you!
