Question 392446: The dimensions of one lot for building a house are twice the dimensions of a second lot. How do the areas of the lots compare? Answer by jackson51(3) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The area of the second lot is 4 times bigger than the area of the first lot. For example, if the first lot has the dimensions 3 and 2 then the area would be six. The second lot would have to have 6 and 4 as dimensions which means that the second lot would have an area of 24. 24/6=4
