m=(-1-5)/(11-2)
m=-6/9
m=-2/3

now find y intercept
y=mx+b
5=-2/3*2+b
5=-4/3+b
5+4/3=b
15/3+4/3=b
b=19/3
b=5 1/3

y=-2/3x+5 1/3
