Here's a little to get you started
1-We have a 1pound weight
2- Put the 1Lb on 1 scale and the 3lb on the difference. The differencd is 2
3-We have a 3lb weight
4 - Put the 1 and 3 on the same scale
5- Put the 9 on 1 scale and the 1+3 on the other The difference is 5
