Let x, x+2 & x+4 be the 3 integers.
x+x+2+x+4=x+2+28
3x+6=x=30
3x-x=30-6
2x=24
x=24/2
x=12 ans. for the smaller integer.
12=2=14 is the middle integer.
12+4=16 is the largest integer.
Proof:
12+14+16=14+28
42=42
