you get:

x + (x + 1) + (x + 2) = 63

combine like terms to get 3x + 3 = 63

subtract 3 from both sides of the equation to get:

3x = 60

solve for x to get:

x = 60/3 = 20

the three numbers are 20, 21, and 22.
