If it takes 45 men 16 days to do the job the whole job takes
45 * 16 = 720 man-days
After four days, they have completed 1/4 of the job.
Thus 3/4 of the job remains; that should take 540 man-days.
With 36 more men working, that brings the total number of men to 81.
The number of days is then found by
540/81 = 6 2/3 days
