0.05*n+0.25*q=13.75
n=95-q
0.05*(95-q)+0.25*q=13.75
4.75-0.05q+0.25*q=13.75
0.2*q=9.0
q=45.0
n=95-q
n=50 at 0.05 and q=45 at 0.25
check
50+45=95
0.05*n+0.25*q=13.75
0.05*50+0.25*45=13.75
2.5+11.25=13.75
13.75=13.75
