A=4B+8
Substitute the known value of A from the bottom equation into the top.
A+B=93
(4B+8)+B=93
5B+8=93
Subtract 8 from each side
5B = 85
Divide each side by 5
B = 17
If person B has 17 coins, then person A has 93-17=76
76 is 4*17 (68) + 8
