You can put this solution on YOUR website! Not narrowed enough; so many solutions. What is the complete problem description?
If this MUST have quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies, then start with 1 quarter, 1 dime, and as many nickels & pennies as needed to make the $1.00.
If you want the fewest number of coins, then see what you can do starting from 3 quarters, and work downward according to coin values, trying to use as many of each coin as possible.
Again, starting at 3 quarters, this is 0.75 dollars.
Two dimes brings the money up to 0.95.
One nickel brings up to $1.00; but this way, there were no pennies.
Try again from 3 quarters.
Try now, ONE dime, so the money is now 0.85 dollar.
Use TWO nickels, bringing the money up to 0.95 dollars.
Now, just 5 pennies; brings money up to $1.00
