You can put this solution on YOUR website!
No.  That's because all coins other than pennies have a value in cents
which is a multiple of 5.  So all possible numbers of cents that 
can be had with coins other than pennies must ends with a 0 or 5.
60 pennies are worth 60 cents. If 60 cents is added to a number of cents
ending in 0 or 5, the total number of cents will also end in 0 or 5, 
never in 7.
