4x + y = 9 and x - y =1

let x be the number of 5c coins, then 71-x is the number of 10c coins, and
5x + 10*(71-x) = 560
5x + 710 - 10x = 560
-5x = -150
x = 30
this means that there are 30 5c pieces and 41 10c pieces
