Reverse the order of the words, like this

1.  Breanna has 2 quarters. 
2.  she has 2 more nickels than quarters. 
3.  She has 3 fewer nickels than dimes

Look at 1.  You know what those 2 quarters are worth.

Look at 2.  You now know how many nickels she has, and you know
            what the nickels are worth

Look at 3.  You now know that she has 3 more dimes than she has
            nickels, and you know what they're worth.

Add up what the quarters are worth, what the nickels are worth,
and what the dimes are worth.
