Without using any half dollars,
3 quarters, 3 dimes, and 2 nickels.

or using half dollars:
1 half dollar, 6 dimes and 1 nickel
or
1 half dollar, 1 quarter, 2 dimes, and 4 nickels
or
2 half dollars, 1 dime, and 5 pennies.
