Value Eq::: 5n+10d >= 455 cents

Multiply thru the 1st Eq. by 5 to get:
5n + 5d = 5*64
5n + 10d >= 455
--------------------
5d >= 135
d >= 27 (# of dimes)
---
n <= 64-d = 64-27 = 34 (# of nickels
