There are 8 different answers.  But we must use half dollars,
even though they are not in circulation any more.

1.  60 pennies, 39 dimes, 1 half dollar. 
2.  65 pennies, 31 dimes, 3 quarters, and 1 half dollar.
3.  70 pennies, 23 dimes, 6 quarters, and 1 half dollar.
4.  75 pennies, 15 dimes, 9 quarters, and 1 half dollar.
5.  75 pennies, 20 dimes, 1 quarter, and 4 half dollars.
6.  80 pennies,  7 dimes, 12 quarters, and 1 half dollar.
7.  80 pennies, 12 dimes, 4 quarters, and 4 half dollars.
8.  85 pennies, 4 dimes, 7 quarters, and 4 half dollars.
