Let x be the cost of the bedsheet, at which it was bought somewhen earlier.


Then the equation, describing the problem is


    x*(1-0.13) = 130.50,

or

       0.87x   = 130.50.


It gives  x =  = 150 dollars, which is your  ANSWER.
