Solve using basic algebra....

Or, without algebra....

(1) Take the "extra" 1100 pesos and give it to the one employee, leaving 3700 pesos.
(2) divide those remaining 3700 pesos in half and give one half to each of the two employees.

One employee gets half of 3700 pesos; the other gets half of 3700 pesos plus an additional 1100 pesos.
