 Depends how you meant it.
Does "7 coins" necessarily include at least one of each coin listed?  Let's say, yes.  Then....
1 penny
1 nickel
1 dime
4 quarters
---SUM
$1.16
If all 7 are quarters, then obviously  $1.75.
