Total value = 350(0.01) + 300(0.05) + 250(0.10) + 300(0.25) = 118.50
Total number of coins = 350 + 300 + 250 + 300 = 1200

expected value = (total value)/(# coins) = 118.50/1200 = 9.875 cents
